Flight Route

This chart represents the route that I'm following. Right up through leg 28 it's identical to the route that Amelia Earhart took on her ill-fated attempt. From leg 29 on I diverge from her planned route. Amelia disappeared flying from Lae, Papua New Guinea on her way to Howland Island. I can't fly to Howland for two very important reasons.

There is no place to land or refuel on Howland Island.
My plane does not have the range to make it from Lae to Howland.

So I have to plan another route, dotting the islands along the way, with a desired flyover of Howland island.
