The 2002 Air and sea show took place on Saturday and Sunday, May 4 & 5, off of Ft. Lauderdale Beach in Florida.

The weather was perfect with a moderate SE breeze, 1-3 ft seas and near 90 degree temperatures.

American Airlines 727 and 777.  This is the very last 727 to be flown by American Airlines.  They had just retired all of their 727's from passenger service.  This one flew directly to Arizona from this show, to be mothballed or sold off.  		American Airlines passenger jet
